The hotel offers a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service and tour desk. In addition there is a business centre with meeting rooms and internet access, laundry service and car rental desk.

Guests can top up their tans at the hotel's rooftop swimming pool where there is a sun terrace and number of sun loungers laid out ready for use. A poolside bar serves a number of refreshments and snacks.

There is a fitness centre with cardio equipment, weights, sauna and a steam room. A massage service is also on offer (charges apply).

For the younger guest there is a babysitting service and in the restaurant childrens menus and highchairs are available.
