Each town house is provided with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The living room provides a sleeper sofa, direct dial telephone and satellite TV. All houses are provided with air conditioning and central heating.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The complex is situated close to local amenities and is just 26 km from Walt Disney World. The Florida Mall is approx 21km away. Orlando International airport is 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
