The facilities available to guests staying at Helona Resort include 24 hour reception, porter service, a car hire and money exchange service, business services and laundry services. There are 2 restaurants and a Greek taverna and 3 bars, a lounge area, TV room, games room and an internet corner.

There is also table tennis, darts, aerobics and aqua aerobics and floodlit tennis courts. There are many swimming pools and lagoons to swim in, along with the best sandy beach in the area with picture perfect views of Nissyros Island. On the beach there are sun loungers, parasols and beach towels provided free of charge. There is also watersports and beach volleyball to try.

On the lower level of the main building you will find a spa with indoor swimming pool, 2 jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room and a fitness centre, all to use free of charge. For children there is a mini club and a playground. Babysitters are available at request and for a charge.

All the rooms at Helona Resort are equipped with bathroom with bath and shower, WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, internet access, mini bar/fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a large safety deposit box.
