Shared facilities with the sister hotel Helios Spa Hotel which include restaurant, bar, pool bar, sun terrace cafe, hairdresser, souvenir shop, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, 2 outdoor swimming pools, children's pool, water slides, Spa with beauty and massage treatments, billiards, tennis and fitness room.

Other services include 24 hour reception, safe, limited hour room service, currency exchange facilities and laundry services.

All 153 rooms have private bathroom with shower, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone and air conditioning (local charge).

The hotel is situated in the park area of Golden Sands, close to the resort centre and 200m from the beach.

Varna airport is approximately 35 km away.
