Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. In addition there is lift access, a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a disco, a casino and a games room. Guests may also use the WLAN internet acces in the Cyber cafe, laundry service, conference facilities and parking.

There are 8 different restaurants which offer all-inclusive packages, including drinks. Buffets are served at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and midday and evening meals can also be selected from the a la carte menu.

Younger guests can make some new friends at the kids' club (ages 4-12) and play with them on the playground.

There are extensive leisure activities at the resort. There are 9 different outdoor swimming pools with gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea and a secluded lagoon. For golf lovers there is a 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed course or mini golf.

For evening entertainment there is a casino and nightclub. There are also regular theme parties and evening shows.

This beach resort is situated on a two mile beach on the most eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, in Punta Cana. Within 15 minutes of the hotel, guests will find the local town centre where there is a number of restaurants, bars, pubs, nightlife spots and public transport links.

A choice of shops can be found at PalmaReal and Bavaro Shopping, both 15 minutes away and Higuey is a 30-minute drive from the hotel.

Punta Cana Airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.
