The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, lift access, Internet access, laundry and parking. There is also a hair dressers, shop, newspaper stand, conference facilities, bar and buffet style restaurant.

The accommodation consists of 253 guest rooms, 196 in the 4 storey main building and 57 guest rooms in the 2 storey annex building. Guest rooms are provided with an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, twin or double beds, hair dryer, safe, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel is situated on the beach front approx 6 km from Side and approx 12 km from Manavgat. The airport is approx 65 km from the resort.
