All homes have a private screened pool and deck area complete with lounge chairs and table, a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There is also a washer/dryer, cable TV and air conditioning. Cots, high chairs and pool heating are all available on request at an additional charge.

Situated on Highway 27, the resort is minutes away from a selection of bars, restaurants and shops on the 192. Also close to the Walt Disney World resort. There are also many golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
