The H10 Playa Esmeralda Hotel offers a large swimming pool, children's pool, 2 jacuzzi and furnished sun terraces; tennis court and a children's playground. The wellness centre has a gym, a sauna and a range of massage and beauty treatments.

There is an entertainment programme provided for adults and children. Activities include giant outdoor chess, archery, shooting, table tennis, billiards and French bowls.

There is a buffet restaurant (Janda) with show cooking and terrace, a pool-side barbecue restaurant, a lounge bar with live music and entertainment and a lobby bar with WiFi where guests can enjoy a coffee or cocktails while looking out over the Atlantic Ocean from the terrace.

Services offered include wifi and internet facilities, on-site medical centre, billiard room, boutique/kiosk, diving centre, laundry service, car rental service and conference rooms. Please note, some facilities may incur a local charge.

There are several shopping areas as well as bars and restaurants in Costa Calma and a pitch and putt course (La Pared) nearby. The hotel is 65 km from the airport.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style with show cooking in the main restaurant. A diet option is available for breakfast and a vegetarian option with dinner as well as themed dinners 3 times a week. Tea, coffee and juices are served with breakfast and soft drinks, beer and wine are served with dinner. A later continental breakfast is also available from 10.30 to noon.

Ice cream, hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, french fries, hot and cold drinks are available at certain times through the day.
Non alcoholic and locally produced alcoholic drinks are available from various venues between 10am and midnight.

Guests are entitled to one free hour per stay at the mini golf, tennis and fitness centre. A selection of day and night entertainment, night shows and exhibitions are available. In addition there is a mini club and kid's playground.
