Guests are welcomed via the lobby which houses a reception desk with currency exchange service, internet access (local charge) and bicycle rental. In addition there is a gift shop and mini market.

The hotel offers a large selection of restaurants (including the main buffet restaurant) which offer a wide choice of options and there is a range of bars spread across the resort which also features a pool swim up bar.

Guests can relax beside one of the two swimming pools and jacuzzis which are surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

Children can be kept entertained at the kids club (4 to 17 years) where there is a range of daytime and night-time activities and there is also a playground.

For relaxation there is a Spa area offering a range of beauty and massage treatments as well as a gym (local charges apply at the Spa).

The hotel offers 580 Junior suites, 116 Junior Deluxe suites and 12 Honeymoon suites.

All suites are equipped with living area with sofa bed, two queen or one king sized bed and large marble finish bathroom with two basins, hair dryer and amenities kit. Additionally there is an iron and ironing board, in room safe, cable TV, telephone, mini fridge with soft drinks, air conditioning and balcony.

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. La Brasa Caribbean Grill on the beach also offers a continental breakfast, buffet lunch and A la carte dinner. Dinner is also available at one of the speciality restaurants featuring Dominican, Italian, Mexican and American cuisine. Numerous bars and restaurant also offers various snacks such as hot dogs, pizzas, hamburgers and sandwiches from 10am to 6am.

Wine is offered with lunch and dinner. Non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available from 10am to 6am from various venues (different bars offer drinks at different times during the day).

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
