All homes have their own swimming pool in a screened area with sun deck, sun loungers, table and chairs.

All homes feature one ensuite bathroom and at least one additional full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with oven, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, towels and bed linen, telephone, Sat TV, heating and central air conditioning.

The homes are situated around 30 minutes from the beaches of the Sarasota area and just a short drive from a variety of shops and restaurants.

Sarasota is approx 96km from Tampa airport and approx 215km from Orlando International airport.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
