The beach is 600m away, city centre 500m away, Bodrum 5km away. Bodrum Airport 43km. The resort has no lift and many steps so is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Facilities at the hotel include adults swimming pool with slide & children's pool as well as a children's playground, new sun beds and umbrellas, pool bar, table tennis, bar, mini market, hairdresser. There is a Turkish night every Wednesday. Chargeable Extras; Sauna, Turkish bath and massage.

The rooms are bright and homely. All rooms have new shower cabins, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV with Eurosport and BBC, music system, mini-refrigerator, a mini-bar that can be filled on request (extra charge), air-conditioning, and WC. Family rooms have one standard room, bathroom, living room with seating and balcony.

Breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:30-21:30), all buffet style, during meals raki, vodka, gin, brandy, beer, wine and all soft drinks are served (all local). Snacks 14:00-16:30 at the pool bar. Coffee & tea with cake 17:00 & 18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, tea, coffee, mineral water, etc are served from 08:00-23:00 at the pool bar.
