The hotel contains a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a bar, a snack bar, a kids' club, swimming pool, table tennis and a car park. The air-conditioned à la carte restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs are also available on request. Room service and laundry service are both available as is medical assistance.

Studios and 1 bedroomed apartments can sleep up to either 2 or 3 guests respectively. Studios have a living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, fully equipped bathroom, heating and air condtioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, safety deposit box and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have exactly the same facilities but also have a double room.

400m to local resort centre, 100m to nearest supermarket, cafe, bar and restaurant, 150m to disco. Approximately 3km to Alcudia Old Town and 2km to the Port of Alcudia, Public buses to Alcudia approximately every 15 minutes
