The Grupotel Acapulco Playa Hotel offers a large pool, children's pool, heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis and billiards. There is an entertainment programme that provides evening shows and live music. The hotel offers a luggage room, courtesy room (with shower) on day of departure, pool towels and bathrobes, medical service, car rental facilities and WiFi internet connection.

The hotel restaurant serves a buffet style breakfast and dinner with show cooking. There is a lounge bar and a pool/snack bar.
