The hotel offers four outdoor heated pools (one seawater), separate children's pools, grass tennis courts and a fully equipped gym with cardio vascular equipment. The spa offers many treatments and services including sauna, massage, jacuzzi and health and beauty treatment.

The hotel offers a 24 hour reception, Internet access, laundry facilities, games room, TV room and night club. There is also luggage storage, personalised wake up calls, golf lessons, fax and 24 hour security guard. The hotel can also arrange excursions and taxi service.

For children aged 3 to 12 years there is a club with specially trained professionals.

The hotels main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all buffet style (and they can accommodate special diet options). The Pergula restaurant is an a la carte restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine (for dinner only). The hotel offers three pool bars open from 10am to 7pm that also serve snacks (sandwiches, hamburgers, and crepes). The Real bar (with a fine wine cellar) is an elegant bar open from 8am to 1pm and the Mezanino bar (more traditional) is open from 7pm to 2am.

The hotel has 344 luxury rooms including 155 luxury suites (one, two and three room apartments) and 198 rooms (among them 27 suites and 2 Grande Real suites). They are set across five floors and all benefit from full bathroom, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, internet access, hair-dryer, satellite TV, safety deposit box (local charge) and kitchenette in resort suites.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.
