On-site facilities include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange facility, public internet access and there is parking for those arriving by car. Additionally there is a laundry service and hairdresser.

Guests are permitted to use the facilities which are spread over the three hotels (Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort and Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa and Casino). These facilities include a choice of swimming pools with swim up bars, childrens' pools and jacuzzi. Each pool is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

Other sporting facilities include tennis, mini golf, table tennis, billiards, beach volleyball and there is a range of watersports available at the beach.

Guests can dine at one of the 11 restaurants or enjoy a drink at one of the 17 bars.

For the younger guests there is a range of day time activities and there is a night-time disco.

For relaxation guests can enjoy the Spa offering gym facilities and a range of beauty and massage treatments.
