There are extensive on-site facilities including a 24 hour reception desk with check-out service, currency exchange service, hotel safe and lifts. In addition there is a newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, room and laundry service, conference facilities and parking for those arriving by car. Guests can also rent a bicycle from the reception desk.

There is a elegant fine dining restaurant on the top floor of the hotel (dinner only) or guests can enjoy a meal at the seafood restaurant or the American casual restaurant serving buffet dishes. There is a lobby bar offering snacks and cocktails and it overlooks the pool.

There are two swimming pools and a spa tub which are surrounded by a spacious sun deck furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

Guests can enjoy a workout at the fitness centre or enjoy a game of tennis at the floodlit courts. For those that prefer there are trail walks.

The hotel is set amongst a waterfront wildlife reserve with its mangroves and salt marsh. Guests will have the chance to glimpse some of the wildlife including pelicans, spoonbills and other marsh wildlife.

The hotel is located on a nature reserve directly on the shores of Tampa Bay. Tampa International airport is 5 minutes away and downtown Tampa is only 10 minutes away. Shopping centres can be found within the nearby vicinity. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby International Plaza for shopping and to and from Tampa International Airport.

Tampa is approx 141km from Orlando International airport.

Driving Instructions - Northbound: I-75 North to I-275 (St. Petersburg), North on I-275 to 60 W (Tampa Int'l Airport). Take 60 West to Bayport Drive. Turn on Bayport Dr. and follow signs to the hotel. Southbound: I-75 South to I-275 South exit. I-275 South to 60 West (Tampa Int'l Airport exit) to Bayport Drive. Turn on Bayport Dr. and follow the signs to hotel. Westbound: I-4 West to I-275 South to 60 West. Take Bayport Drive exit. Turn on Bayport Drive and follow the signs to the hotel.
