Grand Hotel and Spa Primoretz has a large outdoor swimming pool framed by a furnished sun terrace and, set in large lawned gardens with established pine and fir trees.

The 6th Sense Spa offers a tranquil environment and offers over 40 different rejuvenating and healing treatments. It is equipped with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and children's pools, a jacuzzi, a bio sauna, an aromatherapy sauna, a Turkish bath, a steam bath, a Vischy shower, a relaxation area and 8 treatment rooms. There is also a fitness centre and a hair and beauty salon.

Dining and social venues include the Primoretz Restaurant which serves Bulgarian and international cuisine and the Salina A la Carte restaurant which specialises in seafood and Mediterranean dishes. Both restaurants have elegant indoor seating as well as outdoor terraces and there is also a lobby lounge bar serving coffees and cocktails, an Art Deco themed Piano Bar and, a pool-side bar.

There are 105 guest rooms and apartments at the Grand Hotel and Spa Primoretz, comprising 75 double/twin rooms, 18 deluxe rooms and 10 suites.

The standard rooms are air conditioned and have an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower and, a balcony which enjoy views over the city or to the sea. The rooms are furnished with queen-size beds, a desk and WiFi, satellite TV and a telephone, a mini-bar and a safe deposit box.

The deluxe rooms are larger and have mahogany furnishings and sea views. The suites have, in addition, an elegantly furnished living area.
