The hotel is located 85 km from the International Airport of Malaga (transfer time approximately 45 minutes) and about 12 km from the centre of Estepona.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities witch include a swimming-pool, jacuzzi, toboggans, sun loungers, towels, heated indoor swimming-pool, solarium, outdoor amphitheatre for evening entertainment, beach club, mini-golf, ping pong, gym, a brilliant 18 hole golf course (prior to reservation and on payment) and water activities are available on the beach directly in front of the hotel.
The eating facilities at the hotel include the Restaurant La Almazara, A la Carte Beach Club, Al Andalus Pub and the Bar Cafeteria Café Del Mar. Buffet style breakfast is served daily and lunch and dinner is a choice between show cooking and al la carte, snacks are also available throughout the day at the hotels pub.
Other facilities at the hotel include a souvenir shop, newsagents, children's play area, day and evening entertainment, baby cots are available free of charge.

The 267 rooms are divided in to double rooms, duplex, family suites, Lúdicas suites and a Presidential Suite. All of the 267 guest rooms at the hotel are beautifully decorated and come fully furnished with a bathroom, air conditioning hairdryer, heating, ceiling fan, TV, telephone and a safety deposit box.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main reataurant. Water, beer and hose wine is served with meals. AI guests have full use of the El Beach Club during high season. The pool bar serves a variety of snacks at set times through the day, including chips, tapas and dried fruit. Non alcoholic and locally produced alcoholic drinks are available from selected bars from 8am to midnight. AI sports and leisure include petanque, table tennis, mini golf and various shows etc.
