Gran Caribe Real Resort Hotel comprises of Suites, Junior suites, Gran Master suites and Gran Presidential suites. All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, king size or 2 double beds, satellite TV, telephone, living area, mini bar stocked with beer, soft drinks and water, safety deposit box rental, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace with garden or ocean view.

The Family suites have bunk beds and direct access to the Oki Splash water park and Kids club from your terrace. The Gran Junior suites are located on the Gran Club VIP floor with access to the VIP lounge, concierge service, upgraded amenities, in-suite aromatherapy scents, loaded I-pod with Bose sound dock, premium liquor cabinet with snack and access to dinner at Maria Marie, Asiana and Pelicanos at The Royal hotel.

The Gran Master 1 bedroom suite has a separate bedroom, living area and dining area. Some have a jacuzzi. The Gran Presidential suite also comes equipped with extra large living/dining area, 2 double jacuzzis, 2 extended terraces with hammocks, bath amenities, Nesspresso coffee maker and an exclusive suite-designated beach cabana.

The complex is located at the heart of the hotel zone and approx 15 minutes away from the downtown area. Gran Caribe Real Hotel is close to the best golf, shopping, restaurants and nightlife that Cancun has to offer. The complex is right on the beautiful sandy beach with loungers, parasols and a variety of water sports on offer.

Cancun International Airport is approx 40 minutes drive from the resort.

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner either buffet style or A la Carte. There is a 24 hour All Inclusive club serving snacks. Snacks are also served at the pool and beach area. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, selected International drinks, soft drinks, beer and wine are served throughout the day.

All Non-motorized water sports, snorkelling equipment, kayaks, introductory Scuba lesson in the pool and unlimited complimentary green fees at the 18 hole Cancun Golf Club.
