Extensive facilities which are spread across the whole resort include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, choice of shops, laundry service and gift shops.

Guests can choose to dine at one of the 15 restaurants which include a main buffet restaurant and other cuisines include Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Mexican and gourmet restaurants. There is also a choice of snack bars. There are 29 bars which are spread throughout the resort which feature 4 swim up bars, beach bars, poolside bars, lobby bars and disco bars.

Spread within the grounds are 7 swimming pools including 3 lagoon style pools, 2 activity pools, a relaxation pool and a pool reserved for Club guests. The pools are all surrounded by sun terraces furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There are also 3 poolside jacuzzis which guests can relax in. For relaxation there is a full service Spa which offers a sauna, beauty salon, fitness centre and a choice of massage and beauty treatments.

For the younger guests there are 3 children's swimming pools, playground, mini disco and 3 hotel run kid's clubs. Other leisure activities include tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and a wide variety of watersports are available at the beach.

To round off the hotels offerings there is an evening entertainment programme and daily activity programme. A shuttle bus also operates throughout the complex.

The hotel consists of 2568 rooms which are spread over 112 three storey buildings.
