Golturkbuku, Turkey

Situated north of the Bodrum Peninsula, Golturkbuku is made up of two small villages Turkbuku and Golkoy which have merged together.
Golturkbuku is situated approx 20 km from Bodrum and is a favourite summer destination for many Turkish celebrities and well known figures.

There are 2 main parts to the town, one part with a narrow gravel beach which has swimming docks which extend into the sea are kitted out with sun loungers during the day are replaced in the evening with tables and chairs from the local restaurants for a stunning setting for a meal or drink.

The other part of the town has a has a wider beach with coarse sand and has numerous family run cafe- bars close by.

Within the resort there are various types of accommodation to suit all budgets and needs. For visitors who wish to explore further a field then the local dolmus runs a regular service to neighbouring towns and resorts.

The resort is situated approx 40 km from Bodrum airport.
