Gold River Hotel

Gold River Hotel has 3 swimming pools with bars overlooking them, children's paddling pools and a further pool for guests in the Victorian Mansion.

Dining options include the Grand Hall restaurant offering international buffets, the elegant A la Carte Opera House restaurant and the New Texas Restaurant with an American steakhouse theme as well as 3 bars. It also has a mini market and coin operated laundry service.

Whilst staying here you will have unlimited entrance to Port Adventura theme park, direct access to rides to minimise waiting time and VIP seating at some shows. Guests will get discounted entrance to the water park during June, July and August. There is a children's club available at Campo Advetura.

At Gold River Hotel there is a luggage room for when you're departing, 24 hour reception, currency exchange facilities, internet access, car parking, non-smoking rooms, use of the theme and aquatic parks, beach club and some golf courses, use of the Fitness Centre free of charge which includes a sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi.

The guest rooms at the Gold River Hotel are located in various buildings including a Victorian Mansion, The Sheriff's Office and the City Hall.

All accommodation is styled in keeping with the hotel theme and in general features air conditioning, central heating, double or king-size bed(s), a bathroom, satellite television, direct dial telephone, internet access, a mini fridge and a hair dryer.

Family rooms sleep up to 6 and have, in addition, a kitchen and dining area. There are also one and two bedroom wooden cabins laid out in the 'mining village' which also sleep up to 6 and have fully equipped kitchens.

Single (mono) parental and Standard 2 rooms feature only one double bed.

Special Information

From November 2012 the Spanish Government will impose a fee for all stays in hotels, apartments, villas, rural and camping locations. Gold River Hotel is situated in the resort of Port Aventura Theme Park hotels. Whilst staying here you have access to Beach Club via a shuttle bus and a variety of activities.

The resort of Salou is approx 10km from Reus Airport and 102km from Barcelona Airport.

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.
