The accommodation consists of 122 guest rooms consisting of 72 deluxe double suites, 29 deluxe suites, 12 executive suites, 4 family suites, 2 honeymoon suites, 1 presidential suite and 2 accessible suites. Guest rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated and have 1, 2 or bedrooms, lounge and dining area, kitchen and an en suite bathroom.

The complex is set on a hill top just 5 minutes from the beach and is approx 15 minutes from Alanya city centre.
