A total of 229 suites spread over 14 floors, all suites come with a large bedroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are additionally equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet connection, carpeting, a double bed, and an iron and ironing board. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable. The one-bedroom suites are suitable for up to 6 persons, while a maximum of 8 may use a two-bedroom suite.

The hotel is situated just three blocks from the beach and next to the Galleria Mall with its selection of boutiques and restaurants. Fort Lauderdale Airport is approx 11km from the hotel.

Miamia International airport is approx 52km from Fort Lauderdale.
