Facilities at the hotel include bar, restaurant, wellness centre, fitness centre, 24 hour reception, internet access, room service, safety deposit box, meeting rooms and laundry services. The hotel does have a private beach which is 4km away in the bay of Mondello which is equipped with umbrellas, chairs, changing rooms and showers.

The hotel also runs a shuttle bus to and from the beach during the months of June to September.
