The hotel is situated in The World's Largest Surf Complex which features a Starbucks, Surfing lessons, Surfing Travel Agency, Beach Rentals, shopping and dining venues. Other facilities include a 5,600 gallon shark and tropical fish aquarium, outdoor swimming pool, beach access, exercise room, reception, business centre, internet access, luggage storage, laundry services and parking facilities. There is also a golf course nearby and a shuttle service within the surrounding area.
