Bodrum centre is only 1km away which is easily reached by the local bus which passes the hotel every 10 minutes. The hotel is directly opposite the beach and can be reached by an underground tunnel.

There is so much on offer at the hotel which includes bars, restaurants, TV room, conference room, mini market, hairdresser, swimming pool, children's pool, games room, mini football, basketball, table tennis, water sports on the beach, fitness centre, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, children's club and entertainment programme. The hotel also offers 24 hour reception, safety deposit boxes, internet access and medical assistance.

All rooms feature private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, mini bar, Sat TV, safe (local charge), small table with 2 chairs and air conditioning. Most rooms have a balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Guests can also choose to use the fish or Italian restaurants for dinner. Various snack such as burgers, pizza and chips are available from 11am to 5pm at the snack bar. Coffee is served from 5pm to 6pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 8am to midnight.
