Spread over 3 floors, all 29 apartments come equipped with twin beds, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with two cooking rings, small oven and balcony. Air conditioning is available, payable locally. Apartments sleep 1/3 guests.

Set just a 5 minute walk from the lively centre of Ayia Napa. A selection of shops, bars and restaurants can be found within walking distance and the nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
• If included flights must be identical
