This information is a general guide to the layout and amenities provided.

The accommodation consists of 3 and 4 bedroom town houses which are provided with a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The living area is provided with satellite TV, DVD player and WLAN Internet access are also provided. The 3-bedroom houses have 2 full bathrooms (with shower/bath) upstairs, plus a half bathroom downstairs, while the 4-bedroom houses offer 3 full bathrooms (with shower/bath), plus a half bathroom. Further amenities include direct dial telephone and radio. Air conditioning and heating are also provided.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The accommodation is situated just off Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee and is close to local amenities including Wal-Mart and many restaurants. Walt Disney World is approx half an hour drive away.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.
