Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, 2 lifts and a currency exchange desk. Furthermore, there is a public internet terminal to be used within the hotel as well as a bicycle hire service.

Further facilities include 3 bars, a kiosk, a restaurant and a cosy cafe. In the hotel's outdoor area there is a playground, swimming pool, loungers, parasols and for guests arriving by car, there is a car park.

A total of 168 rooms of which 38 are suites, spread over five floors, each provided with air conditioning, balcony/terrace, cable/satellite TV, ceiling fan, hire safe, hairdryer and telephone.

The complex is located on the beach with loungers, parasols and a variety of water sports on offer. It is situated approx 2 km from the centre of Santa Eulalia and 3 km from Es Cana where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants to choose from.

Ibiza Airport is approx 14 km from the resort of Santa Eulalia.
