First Americana Condesa Cancun Hotel comprises of a variety of room grades including Superior, Deluxe, Junior suite, Master suite, Governor suite and Presidential suite. All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, coffee maker, mini bar, in-room safe, satellite TV, internet access, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

Guests can dine at any of the 3 on-site restaurants that offer high culinary standards and a unique environment, incorporating the tradition and creativity that are typical of great Yucatecan cooking. The Lounge and Beach Bar have been designed for enjoying the landscape and the festive environment of Cancun.

Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, beer and wine are served throughout the as are a variety of snacks.
