The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, conference facilities, medical assistance, car rental, mini market, Internet access, laundry facilities, lift access and parking.

There is a main swimming pool, pool with slides, children's pool and indoor pool, sun terrace with loungers, hair dressers and a health centre which offers a variety of treatments including massages, aromatherapy, beauty treatments and sauna. The hotel also provides fitness facilities and sports activities including volleyball, aerobics, darts, table tennis, water polo and water sports. There is also a games room, a children's mini club and an animation programme which offers daytime fun and regular evening entertainment.

The accommodation consists of 197 guest rooms which standard rooms, family rooms, suites and accessible rooms available. Each guest room is provided with an en suite bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, safe, mini bar, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel is situated approx 200m from the beach and is approx 3 km from the centre of Side and 7 km from Manavgat. The airport is approx 60 km from the resort.
