Located in the Fanabe area of Costa Adeje the hotel is just 20 km from the airport.

The hotel offers its guests a spacious solarium on the roof (with separate area for naturists), two swimming pools, sunbeds and lounges, gym/fitness centre, wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and a cold plunge pool. Sports available are tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, minigolf and French bowling. There is a day and night entertainment programme for adults and children with professional shows.

The hotel offers a 24 hour reception, lobby, unisex hairdresser, minimarket, internet coffee area, children's playground area, conference room and four lifts.

The hotel benefits from a non smoking restaurant serving buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once a week the hotel serves a traditional Canaries style dinner with folklore music and on another day there is a dedicated Italian gastronomy. A cafeteria hall is open from 9 am and 1 pm and the snack bar is open 10 am to 6 pm.

All the standard hotel rooms have a mountain, pool or sea and benefit from a terrace with table and chairs. All have full bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV, music, direct line telephone, mini bar (on request with charge) and safety deposit box (local charge)

The AI programme consists of breakfast from 07:30-10:00, lunch from 12:30-15:00 and dinner from 18:00-21:00, all served buffet style in the main Adeje restaurant. Snacks such as croissants and cold cuts are available between 10:00-12:30 at the lounge bar, as well as cakes, tarts and deserts from 15:00-18:00 and prepared sandwiches from dinner to 23:00.
