Friendly staff welcome guests to the hotel in the 24 hour reception desk where there is also a currency exchange service and conference facilities.

Guests can dine at the fine a la carte restaurant with its beautiful terrace and inner courtyard. There is also a lobby bar offering refreshments.

The hotel offers a secluded pool area with a surrounding sun terrace and guests can take advantage of all the facilities and activities offered at the adjacent Club Funimation Borik Hotel (from 1 June 2010). This includes indoor and outdoor pools and a watersports centre (please see hotel for further details).

Guests can relax at the hotels Spa where there is a choice of massage and beauty treatment and a health bar.
