The hotel offers a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service and concierge service. In addition there is conference and banqueting facilities, laundry service and safety deposit box rental. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the Khan El Khalili alleys or the Egyptian museum, once per day. There is also a shuttle to the City Stars shopping Mall; please check locally for times of shuttles.

There is a extensive range of eateries including restaurants that offer Lebanese, sushi, Japanese and Asian cuisine. In addition there is a cafe, fresh bakery, music cafe, a sports bar and a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks.

There is an attractive seasonal outdoor swimming pool with swim-up bar, an outdoor children's pool and a lap pool, as well as whirlpools and hot tubs. Guests can relax on a sun lounger surrounding the pool.

Other leisure facilities include a steam room, jacuzzi, sauna or jogging track. For the active there are six floodlit tennis courts (3 clay and 3 hard court) and two glass enclosed squash courts. Racquet rental is available, payable locally.

For the younger guests there is a playground.
