There are 121 guest rooms at the Excelsior Hotel comprising studios (for 2 people), one bedroom apartments (for up to 4 people) and 2 bedroom apartments (for up to 6 people).

The guest rooms offer modern accommodation with air conditioning and heating and have, an en-suite bathroom with bath or shower; cable TV, a radio, internet access, a hair dryer, a balcony or terrace and, a kitchenette with a fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set.

Excelsior Hotel is just off the beachfront. On the beach there are sun loungers, parasols and a variety of motorized and non-motorized watersports. The resort centre is just a 5 minute walk away. In the centre you will enjoy a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Sunny Beach is approximately 35km to Bourgas Airport and 101km to Varna Airport.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
