The Eva Bay Beach Hotel is located just 300 m from the village of Platanes and 6 km from Rethymnon Old Town.

The hotel offers guests a lobby and satellite TV lounge, a restaurant for 160 guests, two bars (one snack bar), two fresh water pools, one children's pool and a long golden private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and an array of watersports (local charge).

The hotel offers 107 standard rooms and one suite. The rooms are modern, spacious and all are tastefully furnished with balcony or terrace and sea views. They all feature private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, music, direct dial telephone, fridge and safety deposit box (local charge 1.5 Euro a day).

The All Inclusive programme offers breakfast (7 am to 9.45 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (7 pm to 9.30 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant (Greek and international cuisine). The hotel provides lunch baskets on request. Hot snacks and ice creams are available between 10 am and 5.30 pm and cold snacks after 5.30 pm all at the snack bar. The All Inclusive drinks programme consists of locally produced and international alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee at the two hotel bars from 10 am to midnight.

The All Inclusive sports include table tennis and beach volleyball. The hotel organises entertainment every week with live Greek music, traditional folklore dancing and Modern Greek dancing.
