The hotel has a total of two pools (heated from the end of September). One is an adults-only swimming pool, and the other is an activity pool with a kid's section, both with surrounding sun loungers and parasols. As well as an outdoor gym (minimum age 16, must sign up at front desk) a spa with a sauna and massage services (extra charges apply), a pool bar, poolside snack bar, and buffet restaurant. The Luna Rossa Italian Restaurant and Zao Asian Cuisine are also available.
Evening entertainment is available seasonally in the form of professional shows.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
