Spread over 3 floors, all 25 apartments feature modern decor and have between 2 and 3 double rooms, a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Also include is a TV and furnished balcony/terrace. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating units come as standard.

Located near to Ciutadella's old town and port and numerous tourist attractions can be found within 800 m of the accommodation, whilst the Mediterranean Sea is just 1 km away. The airport is approx 48km from the resort of Ciudadela.
