The facilities and services provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, lift access, gift shop, mini market, Internet access, laundry facilities, on call doctor, car rental and 24 hour room service.

The hotel offers numerous dining options for guests with a buffet style restaurant with a kids corner, a Turkish a la carte restaurant, Italian a la carte, Mexican and Chinese a la carte restaurants are also offered. There is also a lounge bar, pool bar and a disco on site for guests enjoyment.

The resort provides an extensive range of leisure facilities with a total of 4 swimming pools with kids pools, relaxation infinity pools, a main pool and an indoor pool. There is a water park also included with slides for adults and children. There is a diving centre, floodlit tennis court, beach volleyball and basket ball facilities. Regular daytime activities and evening entertainment is also provided for guests.

For the younger guess there is a kids club for those aged 4-12 years which is run by trained staff and provides a variety of activities and games, theme days and entertainment.

The resorts spa and wellness centre offers a vast range of health and beauty treatments as wells as massages, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath.

The hotel provides standard, large standard, family and superior guest rooms. There are also junior suites, superior suits and presidential residences available. The AI programme consists of breakfast , lunch & dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Late breakfast is available from 10:00-10:30. Snacks are offered between 12:30 & 17:00 at the snack bar. Tea, coffee & cake are served from 17:00-17:30.

All local alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks are available at the pool bar from 11:00-18:00, the Botanic bar between 10:00 & 24:00 and the lobby bar from 10:00-24:00. AI drinks include soft drinks, raki, vodka, beer, cola, fanta, etc.

Sport facilities at the hotel include fitness centre, aerobics, aqua-fit, Jacuzzi, table tennis, tennis, boccia, volleyball, basketball, mini football, surfing (certificate required), canoes and pedaloes. Day & night animation programme is also available for the hotel guests.

Chargeable Extras
Safety deposit boxes in rooms, laundry, hair dresser, bottled & imported drinks, fresh juices and impulse ice cream, massage, mattresses at the beach, floodlit tennis, pool table, jet-ski, banana and water-ski are not included in the AI concept.
