The Erma Hotel offers 2 pools, children's pool, sunbeds and parasols, 24 hour reception, foreign currency exchange, safety deposit boxes, photo studio, billiards, hairdressers, manicure, laundry service and babysitting (on request). The hotel also offers a 24 hour supermarket, newsagent, massage and nightclub.

Guests are offered 2 restaurants. The main restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner. There is an a la carte restaurant that offers Bulgarian traditional dishes, international cuisine and a variety of salads, fish dishes, flamed dishes and exotic desserts. The hotel has a pool bar.

The hotel consists of 227 guestrooms and all twin rooms benefit from mini bar, satellite TV, telephone, private bathroom and balcony. Larger twin rooms are available and are more spacious than the standard ones and have a pull out chair.
