The landscaped gardens are shared by all residents as is the 90 sq. m swimming pool, children's pool and play area.
All apartments have an open-plan kitchen with lounge and white goods - refrigerator, cooker and washing machine. The properties then have one bedroom complete with air-conditioning (payable locally), two balconies (one in the lounge and one in the bedroom) and one bathroom.
