The old city of Hersonissos is traditional village about 1 km from hotel. Here guests will find many taverna's serving traditional Cretan meals. The hotel is 25 km Heraklion Airport. Approximately 500 metres from the hotel there is a bus stop that gives access to the island's resorts.

The Eri Beach Hotel offers a lounge with reception, television corner and an animation programme (mainly in German). The hotel offers bars and restaurants and inside the hotel there is a main restaurant, an indoor bar and there are two pool bars.

The hotel offers guests 530 modern rooms (some family rooms) and most offer a safety deposit box (local charge), direct dial telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating (April only), private bathroom and balcony or terrace. The family rooms offer a living room with a kitchenette and two separate bedrooms (same facilities as the standard rooms). Please note that in both room types air conditioning is free in high season (1st July to 31st August) but with extra cost at all other times.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7 am to 10 am), lunch (noon to 2 pm) and dinner (6 pm to 9 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With breakfast coffee, tea and juices are offered. With lunch and dinner, draught beer, house wine and soft drinks are offered. Afternoon tea is served with cakes between 4 pm and 5 pm at the pool bar. All Inclusive drinks include draught beer, house wine, ouzo, raki, local brandy, soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee served in the lobby bar (6 pm to 11 pm) and at the pool bar (10 am to 11 pm).

The All Inclusive sport facilities include a pool with sweet water, a pool with seawater (both with separate children's pools) , gym room, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, two tennis courts, children's playground, children's club and amphitheatre.
