The hotel consists of 15 apartments which are spread over 3 floors. All rooms come equipped with a bathroom with shower only, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and stove. There is also a MP3 docking station, separate sitting area with a sofa bed and complimentary bottled water.

The complex is located in Playa del Carmen, near Xaman Ha Aviary. Local attractions include the Xcaret Eco Theme Park. The beach has sun loungers and parasols as well as watersports on offer. Within the vicinity of the complex there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Cancun International Airport is approx 54 km from the resort of Riviera Maya.
