Facilities available to guests at the hotel includes a 24 hour reception, lobby bar, pool bar which also serves snacks and safe deposit box facility. The hotel has a large swimming pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols, a mini gym and sauna. For the younger guests there is a play ground and pool. A wide range of bars, restaurants and shops can all be found nearby with a selection of water sports available on the beach.

All guest rooms are provided with a hair dryer, CD/DVD player, microwave, oven and fridge, lounge area, internet access, safe, satellite TV and telephone. Suites have a bath instead of a shower and also have a separate lounge and may have either a balcony or terrace with side sea view. Daily Maid service with towel and linen change.

The hotel is situated only 350m from a fine sandy beach (reached by 12 steps and a steep incline) and only 500m from the heart of Lassi, with its selection of bars, shops and restaurants. The resort of Argostoli is 3km away.
