The pebble beach of Ialyssos fronts the Electra Palace. The hotel is located 7 kilometres from Rhodes Town.

The hotel provides a swimming pool with artificial waterfalls, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball, tennis court, table tennis, watersports on the beach (local charge), water aerobics, billiards, petanque, archery, satellite TV lounge, laundry service, gift shop, mini market, jewellers, lobby lounge, darts, games room and air-conditioning in public areas. Furthermore, an introduction to scuba diving is available. The hotel has a professional animation team that provides live shows and theme nights.

Restaurant wise, the hotel provides a main restaurant, a taverna, a pool/snack bar, lounge bar and beach bar.

For the children the hotel offers a swimming pool, children's play area, fully equipped and supervised mini club and special children menus in the main restaurant. Please note that babysitting is available on request with a local charge.

The Electra Palace contains 321 elegantly furnished guestrooms and suites. Each feature a private bathroom with hairdryer, fridge, satellite TV, air conditioning, desk, direct dial telephone, radio and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive consists of breakfast, late breakfast (10.15 am to noon) lunch and dinner. With meals, wine, beers and soft drinks are served. Grilled meat and salads are available by the pool between 1pm and 3pm. Hot and cold snacks 3.30pm to 11.45 pm. Soft drinks, tea/coffee and all locally produced wines, beers and spirits between 10am and midnight. Afternoon tea and cakes from 4.30 pm to 5.30pm and ice creams between 10am and midnight. Lunch baskets can be requested in place of meals.

Not included in the All Inclusive is safety deposit box hire, laundry services, sunbeds at the beach, pool tables, water sports.
