Facilities available include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Lift access is available and the hotel offers various bars, restaurants, cafes and discos, as well as a hairdressing salon, an auditorium, a games room, fitness room and spa, outdoor swimming pool and children's pool. Conference facilities are provided and WLAN Internet access can be used for an additional fee. Room and laundry services are provided (for a fee) and there is a car park and a kid's club. Room service from 02.00 until 07.00 are free of charge, from 07.00-02.00.

There is a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols, a Jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna. Water aerobics, mini golf, bocce, pool, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, tennis, pedal boating and canoeing are all available free of charge. For an additional fee guests can treat themselves to spa and massage treatments, or go banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, windsurfing or sailing, or have a game of bowling at the bowling alley. Daily activity programmes are available for both adults and children, and night time entertainment is provided by the hotel.

The AI programme consists of all meals served buffet style, in the Enderun main restaurant, breakfast 07:00-10:00, late breakfast 10:00-11:00, lunch 12:30-14:30 and dinner 19:00-21:30. Also available from 19:00-22:00, with prior reservation and with a service fee per person, is the La Salsa (Mexican), the Kushane (Turkish, not suitable for kids under 7yrs old), the Ristorante Perla (Italian), the Passion Gourmet (French, not suitable for kids under 12yrs old), the Alarga (sea food) and the Churasscaria (Brazilian) as well as the Everland Q restaurant with kids buffet only, from 12:00-14:00. Menu choice snacks such as pastries, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, French fries, cookies, cakes, etc are available between 12:00 & 16:00 at the pool snack restaurant (till 17:00), the Perla bistro and the Sofa restaurant (only hand made traditional pastries), all table service. Late Night Hunger takes place at the Enderun from 24:00-02:00 (buffet) while customers can have coffee with Danish buffet from 02:00-06:00.

During meals national & some imported drinks are offered. Tea & coffee time with cookies and ice cream is from 12:00-18:00 at the Patisserie. Locally & some internationally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, cognac, wine, mineral water, soft drinks, beer, lemonade, tea, herbal teas, coffee, Turkish coffee, etc are served at the Gamezone bar (24 hrs), the Q dancing bar (17:00-01:00), the Heath of South (23:00-03:00), the pool bar (10:00-24:00), the Ab-I Hayat (09:00-24:00), the Everland Q bar (11:00-22:00), the Barteen (12:00-23:00), the beach bar (09:00-19:00), the Hamam bar (10:00-19:00) and the Vitamin bar (10:00-19:00, fresh fruit juices) - according to each outlet's menu.

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis courts, tennis equipment, table tennis, beach volleyball, mini golf, mini football, basketball, darts, fitness centre & programmes, library, billiards, surfing (licence is required), water bicycle, main pool, kids pool (with three mini waterslides), aqua park (with five waterslides), indoor pool with kids pool, sauna, hamam, relaxation area and jacuzzi in the spa centre. Evening entertainment is also available with cinema, beach parties (once a week), gala night (once a week), amphi shows and cooking course.
