The hotel has many facilities including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 swimming pools, 1 with children's section and 1 with tide pool and cascading waterfalls, sun loungers, parasols, health centre with sauna, spa and massage, gymnasium, tennis courts and water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing and para-sailing can be found on the beach.

The hotel sits on a sandy beach in the southern hotel zone of Cozumel. The city of San Miguel is only minutes from the hotel and has many bars and restaurants to choose from. Many shops and a ferry terminal are also close to the hotel.

Cozumel Airport is approx 3km from the resort of Cozumel.

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the restaurants. Snacks are served at various times throughout the day.

Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks are served throughout the day.
