All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, jacuzzi, living area, kitchen, internet access, direct dial telephone, cable TV, tea/coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located in Daytona Beach. Guests will find loungers and parasols to hire on the complex's own private beach. Attractions nearby include Jackie Robinson Ballpark and Statue, Daytona Beach Golf Club and the Boardwalk Amusement Area and Pier. The younger guests will enjoy the Daytona Lagoon Water park nearby. Within the vicinity of the complex there are shopping facilities, bars and restaurants to explore.
