The Dunas Mirador Maspalomas Hotel offers heated pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and parasols, table tennis, tennis courts, pool tables and bicycle hire. Guests can find other activities in the local area such as watersports (windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, diving etc). The hotel offers various activities such as go karting and horse riding. The Dunaflor sports centre located in the hotel next door and is available to guests (local charge). The complex offers a varied entertainment programme comprising of sport activities such as archery, darts, shooting and water polo during the day with live music and some entertainment in the evenings (bingo, quizzes and occasional parrot show). The complex offers a children's pool, children's playground and a mini disco. The hotel offers a babysitting service (local charge).

This hotel also offers laundry service, car hire facilities, medical service, shops, supermarket, disco with karaoke, pub with satellite TV, bar/cocktail lounge, pool bar and self service restaurant. There is a free bus service to Maspalomas beach available for hotel guests.

The hotel features double rooms with one double bed (or twin beds), or triple rooms that with sofa bed and quadruple rooms with sofa and couch. All rooms benefit from satellite TV, private bathroom, telephone, safety deposit box (local charge) and balcony.

The All Inclusive programme offers breakfast (8 am to 10.30 am), lunch (1.30 pm to 3.30 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 9.30 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals house wine, alcoholic and soft drinks are offered. Snacks (sandwiches, hotdogs, hamburgers and chips) are offered from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm at the pool bar and ice creams are available from 10 am to 6 pm. Afternoon tea is ser4ved from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as local wine, coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water, etc are served from 10.30 am to 10.30 pm at the pool bar and between 10 pm and 2 am at the disco. The hotel offers a full animation programme with sports such as football, aqua gym, volleyball, etc.
